Meet Our Team
Dr. Paula Wiese
Dr. Paula Wiese grew up in O’Neill, Nebraska, where she developed a strong appreciation for community and helping others. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney before pursuing her passion for natural healthcare at Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, graduating in April 1999. Dr. Wiese practiced in Lincoln for 20 years, where she built lasting relationships and cared for patients of all ages — from infants to seniors — with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. She is dedicated to helping families achieve better health through chiropractic care. Outside the office, Dr. Wiese enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their three children — Nolan, who is currently following in her footsteps in chiropractic school, and Jolee and Ryker.
Katie Hammer
Katie is the heart of the office and keeps everything running smoothly each day. She manages patient scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and overall office operations, ensuring that every patient’s experience is organized and stress-free. Katie is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and is always ready to answer questions or lend a helping hand. Outside of work, she stays active playing coed volleyball and softball. She also loves spending time with her nieces and nephews and enjoys making memories with her family whenever she can.
Jolee Wiese
Jolee is an important part of the practice and truly enjoys connecting with patients. She loves helping people feel comfortable and cared for, and her positive attitude makes a difference in the office every day. Jolee assists the team with SoftWave and other therapies, helping treatments run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and values the strong relationships that mean so much to her.
Our Mission

Our Philosophy
I believe chiropractic care is for everyone, from newborns to seniors. True health is not simply the absence of pain, but optimal function, mobility, and quality of life. Whether I am caring for an infant, an athlete, a busy parent, or a grandparent, my goal is always the same: to provide gentle, effective, and individualized care that supports long-term wellness.
I value education and partnership in the healing process. When patients understand their bodies and are active participants in their care, outcomes improve and wellness becomes sustainable. My approach combines clinical experience, ongoing learning, and a compassionate, family-oriented mindset to help each patient reach their fullest potential.
